“I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Drug Counselor who has referred multiple clients to your facility over the past five years. I have been fortunate that every referral has been accommodated immediately. I have many satisfied families that have shared positive experiences and passed along this resource to others in need. Thank you for your hard work and amazing results in the mental health field!”
“I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Julia Nicole Greggs, an NPC at a behavioral health clinic. To put it bluntly, my encounter left much to be desired and I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment I walked into the clinic, it was evident that Julia Nicole Greggs lacked the necessary skills and competence required for her role. Her demeanor was uninterested and detached, making me feel like just another faceless patient. I expected a warm and welcoming environment, but instead, I was greeted with indifference. During the session, I found Julia Nicole Greggs to be unengaged and disinterested in my concerns. It was clear that she was simply going through the motions, ticking off boxes on a checklist rather than genuinely listening and understanding my struggles. Her lack of empathy and compassion was apparent, leaving me feeling unheard and invalidated. Furthermore, her knowledge and expertise in the field of behavioral health were severely lacking. I had hoped for insightful guidance and evidence-based interventions to help me navigate my challenges, but all I received were generic platitudes and cliché advice that anyone could have offered. It was evident that Julia Nicole Greggs had not invested the time or effort to stay updated with the latest research and therapeutic approaches. In addition to her subpar skills, Julia Nicole Greggs displayed a complete lack of professionalism. She frequently arrived late to our sessions, leaving me waiting and feeling neglected. Her disorganized approach and failure to keep accurate records further added to my frustration and diminished any trust I had in her abilities. Overall, my experience with Julia Nicole Greggs as an NPC at the behavioral health clinic was incredibly unsatisfactory. Her lack of empathy, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients was evident throughout our interactions. I would strongly advise anyone seeking quality mental health support to look elsewhere, as Julia Nicole Greggs is simply not up to par.”
“Great experience with the behavioral health unit. Majority of the staff was welcoming and attentive. Other patients helped make it a great experience as well. Structured environment with optional activities that allow for individuals to work their own process. Thanks again to all staff!”
“I've been coming to THBH at this location since the start of 2023, and have had both great inpatient stays that helped me a ton (and when we were allowed to make our own choices about our meals...just FYI, bad call to take away one of the few autonomy and personal need options for the people who need to go inpatient.) and less ideal ones (the units are not designed to be conducive to sleep but simply to keep you alive and safe, but when insomnia is your main symptom it's a problem). There are some great people who work inpatient, and some who make getting better harder - unfortunately, it's a tough job, and some people aren't built to be empathetic and thoughtful with their words. If insomnia isn't your main problem, though, I highly recommend if this is what you're considering. I've also attended women's partial hospitalization program (PHP) for mental health here, which has been incredible and extremely validating, flexible, educational, and healing/helpful. I highly recommend that for literally anyone who can possibly get insurance coverage and time to put themselves and their health as priority. Leading therapist Christine S.J., Psychiatrist Perez-Garcia, NP Nicole Gregg, and Nurse Wakenia have all been the best I could hope for, give their 100%, and really listen and inform. Love you guys and thank you so much!! I will be dropping down to intensive outpatient (IOP) eventually, and have high hopes for it as well.”
