“Teresa made me feel like I wasn’t a person. She was just trying to rush me through my appointment. She tried to make my 30 minute appointment 15 minutes. She asked me a lot of personal questions and didn’t acknowledge that it might be hard for me to share. She also told me that my life wouldn’t have meaning if I didn’t take medication, and she told me I will never be able to go off of it. She also tried to get me to give my dna to a random company to match me with new meds. She definitely was pushing meds, and while I believe that mental health medication can be life-saving, she acted completely unprofessional. I felt she didn’t have my needs or values in mind.”

“Teresa should not have a license- both medical AND drivers’ license, because she apparently cannot get to her office on time. She was late and tried to cut my appointment short while charging the same price. Her constant push for medication leads me to believe she is affiliated with some company. Do not come here. >:(”

The thorough evaluation and thoughtful treatment plan were instrumental in my progress. She displayed a welcoming atmosphere, and appointments were punctual. Overall, I appreciate the clinic's commitment to mental health care and recommend it with confidence!”

“Asked “who are you again?” at every appointment for months, still didn’t know who I was since I had to repeat what I was seeing her for, every time. Appointments never started on time and there were long waits with overcrowded waiting rooms. Doesn’t seem to be a good fit if you’re a neurodivergent patient ESPECIALLY if you’re seeking help for those kind of conditions. Told her I was concerned about ADHD and she bluntly told me she could not help with this is any way due to medication shortages. No referral to someone else, literally just wasn’t willing to even go there with me or explore my concerns any further. Generally didn’t take your concerns into consideration and felt more like her pushing what she believes would be good for, onto me. Felt like I wasn’t in the lead while coordinating my care. Heavily pushes talk therapy even if you inform her that it hasn’t worked for you in the past and doesn’t add to your life in any way. Go to New Beginnings instead.”
