“Honestly if I could leave a 0 stars I would. I had follow up scheduled for today which I can’t take off due to work and I called ahead of time to reschedule. I get a call back saying if I don’t make this appointment I can’t get rescheduled. Claiming they moved this appointment twice already which is not the case. Absolutely unprofessional and this is why people struggle with mental health because of doctors who don’t care. Be one thing if that actually happened but it didn’t and they are gonna say it did. I’m fuming because they started me on Prozac and now saying they ain’t gonna reschedule me… ridiculous.”

“Dr. Kumar, Julie, and his staff are a wonderful team. They conduct very thorough intakes to understand someone’s history and current issues before just prescribing medication. They take the time to listen and help you manage your symptoms and try to find solutions for what you are going through. They are validating and understanding. Even if they do not take your insurance it is worth the out of pocket amount—an investment into your mental health and wellbeing.”

“Dr. Kumar doesn't listen and doesn't do what he says he's going to do. His PA, Julia, is nice and easy to work with but things are still inconsistent and medication changes are not noted which causes issues with filling prescriptions. Though occasionally nice enough, the office staff is typically rude and not very willing to help; however, it could be that their hands are tied by the Dr and his issues. Either way, I would not recommend!”
