I also like that it’s so easy to get an appointment and there are no long wait times. Bonus points that I am able to see my provider over video chat from home. I have had no issues with my prescriptions. 10/10 I highly recommend.”

“I tried looking into a couple of places and didn’t get too much help or the process was too tedious and long. Dr. Joseph was quick to get an appointment with and was very helpful. He was able to help me address the issues I was having and after a couple of sessions put me on a treatment plan. The treatment plan has immediately helped me with my day to day life and I saw improvements right away. I’m happy I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Joseph and receive his professional help. I am also grateful that everything is virtual and that they work around my busy schedule. So when I told them I had two jobs, college classes, and a five year old who just started school, they were quickly able to accommodate my schedule with no issues or complaints. I only mention this because I’ve had other places not wanting to work with my schedule and have told me to call back when I can figure out a good time and work with them. Even today while scheduling a follow up appointment, Oriana was patient with me and sounded happy to help with figuring out a day that works best for me! This is my second review and I would like to say I have no issues with my current provider, just scheduling. I couldn’t find an appointment for last week due to my work schedule so I scheduled for an appointment today. They called and told me my provider was out for the whole month and that they scheduled me with another provider who was out for being sick and couldn’t find anyone else for the appointment time. It’s frustrating when I moved my whole day around to make this appointment. I had to move to the evening shift and lose hours just to make this appointment only to be told it’s canceled. I’m not sure why I wasn’t told ahead of time.”
