“Their providers are excellent attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. However, there seems to be a breakdown in communication with the front office staff. At times, calls about payments or appointment scheduling were difficult to understand, which led to confusion. My main concern is with how their billing or debt collection process is handled. I was contacted regarding a $75 charge I was not aware of, and the interaction was handled in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of a calm and respectful conversation, I was immediately threatened with legal action. That approach felt unnecessary and inappropriate, especially coming from a practice focused on mental health care. Communication in situations like this should be clear, respectful, and de-escalating not confrontational or intimidating. Staff training should be reinforced in that area of their practice. Clear communication, professionalism, and de-escalation skills are essential”
