I have been to many dentist Dr. Hanley is phenomenal ❤️ the best bed side manner you will ever see, I’m pretty sure she can’t be beat, I feel so blessed to have came in contact with such an awesome dentist she really makes you feel at ease and she TOTALLY cares about what she is doing and what is the very best approach, I can’t write enough about her, God bless her because she sure deserves it. I wish I would have known years ago that dentist like her exists, she is truly remarkable and obviously I recommend anyone who is Anxious about having work done to go to this dentist ❤️”

“I went in August 2023 for two teeth. I have had multiple appointments canceled and despite being told I'd be called back to reschedule I never get one. When I call they tell me I didn't answer even though I never got a call yet I manage to get all the calls to cancel. My appointments got pushed so far back a YEAR later I still haven't had any work done. I'm suffering and in pain. They only cost me time, money, and pain. I now need a root canal because they pushed my filling back so long. It's my fault for entertaining this for so long. I'll be seeing another dental office going forward, which I should have done long ago because this is ridiculous.”

“The workers in this establishment constantly lose paperwork and could not stitch my wound properly because they neglected to order enough equipment, my mouth was bleeding for 7 hours after surgery . I had surgery on my mouth and had two teeth taken out as well as some bone, I go to the pharmacy in pain and find out it’s the complete wrong prescription along WITH THE WRONG FIRST AND LAST NAME. I had to wait hours for my prescription to find out it was the wrong one and when I went back they treated me like it was my fault they got my prescription wrong. Unbelievable. Will not be back.”

“Seen Bethanie Thibodeaux on July 29,2019.Awesome dr. Called August 1st and August 2nd and left messages for her Nurse to call me back so I can try and get a refill on some pain gel she prescribed and never RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I called Early Friday morning again to let them know the nurse never returned my call and was told that another message was going to left for her to call me back. I knew the clinic closed at Noon so at 11:30 I called back and no answer. Operator said to me and no one back there they gone. I asked what time did they leave and she said she didn’t know. At this point I’m upset cause all it took was for a second to call me back. That’s no way to run a business and I definitely WILL NOT be returning for my follow up appointment.”
