They allow family members to visit patients, and they provide translation services in many languages, making communication easy for everyone. You do not need to worry if you have a loved one receiving care there because they treat their patients with kindness and respect. I especially want to thank Ms. Rifa and Trudy Williams for their exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion.”

“Believe the reviews ! Had a family remerber be here and these people that work there act like the real Looney Tunes. They make it so hard to just visit a love one. They bring up hippa laws as if u asking for a person medical history when all you trying to do is visit them. Very rude staff! When I go to a hospital ? And visit people they not talking about hippa laws .. they let u visit your friends or loved ones. The staff don’t have a clue on what they doing makes me wonder if they need to be patient there . They shows very unprofessional setting as soon as I walked in the door . They yelling how can I help you ? Have no respect at all. If you don’t have respect from anybody wonders how you treating the people inside . Please beware be cautious First impressions are everything”

“Yes I needed help mentally but man oh man how the tables turned constantly when I called the night staff out on their lack of professionalism and bedside manner. Had a man on the other side of the wall showering at 2am singing at the top of his lungs and I was accused of being disruptive when I informed the front desk who were sound asleep every night during my 72 hour hold. Talked poorly and very openly about patients like they aren’t people. Nighttime doctor failed to document administering meds in the night and thankfully I’m sane enough to let the day shift taking over that “no I will not be taking that again” and day shift actually applauded me for being attentive and honest to my care. Never would I ever send a loved one to this facility. I give Will a lot of credit navigating his way in as a recently appointed supervisor. Lots to be addressed he sadly admits”

“unfortunately bottom tier psych ward. some of the staff are good people, but if your loved one gets sent here what they will experience is the equivalent of a nice jail cell. both the shower water handle fell off and the handicap stability handle broke, and i could tell this had happened numerous times and been shoddily reinstalled because there were many screw holes in the tile walls. i asked for a recipient rights complaint form and was denied it. the nurses repeatedly made the mistake of saying the wrong meds to me.. a staff member made me feel awful about how i smelled when they offered no changes of clothes or deodorant the entire 3 day stay, while i was there for a suicide attempt. not a good place!”
