“so rude and unprofessional. It’s hard to even understand one of the front desk lady’s because she does not want to speak up.. and don’t mention to her how u can’t understand her because she will flip out on you for being “rude”, when I simply cannot understand a word she is saying.”

The Director D. Owen's is a complete joke. The member i am guardian for haven't had any consistent or quality therapy in several months. This location is a JOKE made a revamp of structure and people are needed immediately”
