“This place does not care about their patients. Especially if you miss a couple of appointments. They will tell you what you want to hear. The app is a joke. It kicked me out and made me inactive. So when I called the office they said it was a message about not being able to get samples of meds to hold me off until I am seen on the next "walk in day" which is almost a month away and only have 4 days worth of meds and none of these meds are narcotics might I add. I'd get it if they were. After talking to the office lady about what am I supposed to do the only thing they told me was that I can't get any samples until I'm seen again. So I have to go 3 weeks or so without and when I said I guess I'll just be sick until I can be seen again, her response was okay have a good day. No sorry or let me talk to the doctor... Just okay, have a good day. They need people in the office who understand mental health cause the ones there now have no idea what we have to go through when we run out of meds. Again I'm not talking about any type of narcotic. I'm talking about meds for anxiety and depression. I'm going to end the review here cause I could go on. Okay, have a great day.”

“EDIT: WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE INVESTIGATION I WAS TOLD NONE OF THAT WOULD BE HAPPENING AND THREATENED TO BE CHARGED WITH HARASSMENT FOR CALLING AS IT CLEARLY REQUESTS I DO SO IN THIS THREAD. Unbelievable. They increased my meds refused to move the meds pharmacies for a 1 time need.(wife having surgery before gate city opens up) and then kicked me out citing blatant lies as the reason. When called out on these lies I was told I was "manipulating" the nurse over my medication, again by trying to move its location. After hearing this was denied due to "personal choice" derek the real provided agreed im making a reasonable request and assisted in getting my meds. I was then called by the office manager and dismissed from my medication I can literally from not having. All because they thought it was a good idea to go into practice together as a married couple. Now when derek decides a request is reasonable(because it was) I'm punished due to their interpersonal and unprofessional”

“This place is amazing. They try to work with you on everything. They're friendly, honest, kind, compassionate. They even do sprovato treatment which isn't offered very many places. Derek treats you like a person not just a diagnosis.”

“This is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. I tried changing my pharmacy to a known pharmacy I use and have been using to receive my medication. Yesterday I tried changing the pharmacy bc they were literally out of my vraylar WHICH DOES NOT WORK!!! To a pharmacy that I have been using with them the ENTIRE TIME and all the sudden it’s a problem? They sent in all my medicine except for my Benzodiazepines for my panic attacks which was primarily my main issue other than PTSD. I tried contacting them about a taper plan because I get my benzodiazepines in half prescriptions and canceled the other half of my prescription. Melissa and Deidra, god forbid you ask them to do their Job!! I have been coming here for over a year and claimed they dropped me as a patient bc I needed my medication moved because they had been out of one of my medications so I can pick them all up at once because they are the WORST about scheduling your appointment a week earlier so I would have to wait to pick up my meds knowing I don’t have a reliable source of transportation and I made it very clear I pay people to take me there and to pick up my medicine and they said they would make sure it doesn’t happen anymore but consistently did the same THING. Costing me double my money and time which isn’t even the main issue. Melissa isn’t authorized to sign off on medication she is the care coordinator manager or whatever possibly at most a nurse. Also they have been talking about me to other patients which I was made aware of by my family goes there as well. The only thing I ever expected from this place is to do their job but Derrick warned me about how jealous his wife was bc they previously fired an amazing receptionist and that’s when Deidra took over her job because their was some form of drama he told me and she had to go is what he said. Also Derick talks about his wife’s body to my mom in detail!? They talk about keeping your information private but as far as I’ve seen all they do is talk and especially about me when all I truly needed was help and they know it. Melissa do better, you know it was petty to cancel my other half of my prescription and send in the rest over using my primary pharmacy! She told me benzodiazepines was a privileged drug which infuriated me but I remained calm and wouldn’t even give me a taper plan? I also told them to give me the agreement I signed and cancel all the info I let them share with other doctors office and she told me not to call back and hung up on me. I am reporting them in the morning to the medical board for illegal malpractice because they are wrong in so MANY LEVELS !! If anything all they did is make things worse. Not professional in anyway whatsoever I honestly can’t believe how they have treated me as soon as my grandfather died too for no reason! Nobody ask the receptionist to ever do her job or to deliver an important message or you’ll get kicked out for no reason and possibly have seizures without your benzodiazepines because they will cancel your prescription instead of transferring it and watch you suffer knowing they are wrong but get a power trip and laugh and talk about it. We will see who is laughing in the morning when I report this to the medical board”
