“Caseworker told me I’d get a call within 2 days, it’s been 2 weeks and still no call. Called 3 times and left voicemail. Edit: my caseworker came to my house for the iPOS (or whatever it's called) meeting, said I need medication management there before I can get community living support and other services, then picked an argument with us. I asked her if her kids get medication management there, and she said they didn't. The medication assistant (yeah they didn't actually hire actually psychiatrists) said since I go to an actual psychiatrist then I don't need to come there. I need counseling too, but no one will answer the phone or return my calls. Edit: I’ve been on their docks since last September. I’ve already went through 2 caseworkers. It seems like everyone who works here is extremely rude. I was originally told I had to be institutionalized to get CLS, which wasn’t true at all. The CLS worker who was assigned to me was very rude and never showed up, made excuses.”
“The over whelming frustration I have today with this group and frankly with mental health providers in this area all together is exhausting. We moved to the area in November of '25. I started the process of getting his care transferred here ASAP. It has taken four months to get get an appointment with an NP for his meds. He has been struggling a lot and his appointment was supposed to be this week. I get a call from Taylor Life today and am told that they need to reschedule and push his appointment out for another whole month. He hasn't started with a counselor, hasn't see psychiatry, is out of meds, and now has to wait another whole month for a meds appointment. I'm at a loss. Literally sitting here in tears. I'm being told to take him to the hospital, take him to GHS urgent care, call 911, etc....... if he says he isn't suicidal at the hospital, then they won't help him. I HAVE taken him to the hospital. Once we get there and finally get seen the crisis point has passed, so they won't do anything for him. I have taken him to the GHS urgent care, and that ended up being a six hour wait where he actually walked out of the building and left because he refused to be seen. I have called 911 and it takes 2-3 hours before anyone shows up at the house and AGAIN the actual crisis has passed. I have done the texting with a counselor BS, I have done ALL the things!!!!!! He needed to be seen and now we have to wait ANOTHER month before he can be seen. How????? How is this what our mental health system does? How am I supposed to actually get help for my son when places like this keep pushing off appointments? How am I supposed to keep him alive long enough to get the help he should be getting when places like this do this?????”
“I’m not sure what these people are talking about. This facility and staff has treated me with kindness, compassion, urgency when required, and has been nothing but amazing. Amy is the best there is she cares a lot about her patients, her assistant Nicole also incredibly accommodating as well as Bailey before her. I love coming here for my appointments and I’ll probably never stop. Thank you for everything you guys do!”
“Im not sure what all these negative comments are about. Ive been going here for 5+yrs. Everyone is great! From the smiling faces of the folks at the front desk. To the clean sitting/ play area. My caseworker Brittney is the best! Kat is the most empathetic and compassionate therapist ive ever had. And Allison the meds dr is top notch.”
