“I have been receiving services here frequently over the years. Recently, the quality has declined rapidly. I was deeply disappointed that I was accused of lying when there was clear evidence to disprove that. Additionally, the same rules and expectations that apply to clients and providers regarding missed appointments are not the same. I’m unsure if this is because I’m a person of color. But either way treating a client who comes to you for help in this way is completely unacceptable.”

“I have been working with therapist Amy Hill for about 3 years now. She is just amazing. . When I am in session with her, I feel safe and not judged. It is a place where I feel safe enough to let my guard down and actually cry. My childhood was filled with emotional abuse and other trauma issues. She has given me tools to help me battle my negative thinking towards myself. She has helped me see that it is ok that I put myself first.
