“I have been going here for almost a year and I had a great initial experience. I have had a recent damaging experience that made me lose respect for this place. I had to go 4 days without my meds because it took them a week to get back to me about needing my meds refilled. There is no easy way to speak to someone either. You HAVE to call and even though their outgoing message says all calls will be returned within 1 business day, this is NOT true. I had to call for 1 week and left 4 voicemails. no one returned my call. someone just happened to answer the last time I called. It is very serious to be out of meds and it was treated with no care for me. i will be looking elsewhere.”

“Was having a horrible time trying to find someone who would accept me as a new patient, over 12 other places and 7 months trying with different referrals and numerous calls. I had a wonderful first experience with this office and they definitely are 10 stars in my book. Would highly recommend Dr. Harley Beese & his staff. A bonus is they have a very clean and professional work place.”

“I have a personal policy of not writing bad reviews except when I think it can help prevent someone else from experiencing harm. My experience with this so-called psychiatrist's office was horrific. No doctor on staff, just a bunch of impersonal, unfriendly front staff and a weak physician's assistant who does not offer any real care. This place is nothing but a front for a very expensive and questionable treatment that only the well insured can afford. Sadly, mental health help is tough to come by, so the desperate are sent here. This place should be investigated and shut down. I saw medicaid patients being treated like dirt. I have since spoken to other mental health providers who have confirmed that they've heard very bad things about this place. My complaint is in the hope that this place will, indeed, be investigated and that nobody will be treated as I and others have been here.”
