“Tara saved my life. I never used drugs or alcohol before my divorce but I literally fell off the deep end. Thank you God for Jim and Theresas mom. They believed in me more than I did and it worked!!!! I don't just owe my sobriety to Tara , but my future life. They helped me get sober and understand why I had used drugs at age 36 after being sober all those years. “I just completed the Tara Treatment center program, And it was probably the best thing that could’ve happened to me in my life. I met a bunch of amazing people who I was in there with they all had their own stories. I absorbed so much knowledge they helped me really find my higher power and give it all to him. All of their staff is beyond amazing and will do anything to help anybody. I would absolutely recommend this program to anybody who is struggling because they genuinely care about your well-being. You can talk to them about anything and they don’t judge you it almost just makes them love you more that you can be so open with them.. Not only was it just a treatment center. It was a safe place for me to fight my addiction with all the help and support I needed. “Tara Treatment Center was a wonderful experience. I attended Tara in 2023 after having a mental health crises and abusing substances. From the first day, I expressed my fears about recovery and being there, and I was encouraged by a wonderful therapist to share those fears in group. I was embraced by the members of the community and they held me up until I could do so myself. Tara has a true understanding of our disease and the solution that’s available. As an artist, I was also impressed and felt at home with the therapies they offered, not only in the residential program, but also their Intensive Outpatient Program.
