“I was very disappointed with my experience. I found her recommendations to be contradictory. She acknowledged what triggered my anxiety, yet she also recommended a form of communication that would still expose me to those same triggers. This left me confused and significantly increased my anxiety. When I raised my concerns, I felt that she continued to stand by her recommendation instead of addressing the inconsistency. In my opinion, this did not reflect the level of professionalism or clinical judgment I expected. I also felt that she focused more on prescribing medication than understanding my situation. In addition, my appointments were rescheduled several times. Based on my experience, I would recommend finding a provider with more clinical experience.”
