“Had to reschedule an appointment and when I did I was told my meds would be sent to my pharmacy. I get on the road half way there to find out that the reschedule date was actually wrong and my provider isn't in. I SWITCHED TO BOLDER AND IT WAS A SIMPLE PROCESS. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH ADDICTION GET THE BOLDER APP! I SIGNED UP, WAS SEEN, AND MY MEDS WERE SENT, SAME DAY.”

“I had Stephanie as a doctor and she wasn't much help, I know what my body needs, and she refuses to prescribe it to me because its "addictive" even though shes a MAT doctor prescribing suboxone or subutex. Got a genesight test done and got nothing on the list for my severe anxiety and depression that says will work. Mind you I'm a mental health patient with severe anxiety and the nurse wanted to watch me pee for whatever reason and I couldn't pee. Very disappointed in my last visit. I wont be back”

“I have post partum depression, I was super skeptical coming here at first because of terrible experiences in Mansfield. However, this place was wonderful. They understood that I didn't have an addiction but even when they didn't know, they treated me very well. They also were perfectly fine with my 18 month old terrorizing their office. Lisa(front desk) even watched him while I went to the bathroom. Stephanie(psyc nurse) was very attentive and caring. I can't remember my caseworkers name but she was very sweet and offered everything she could think of to help. I was told I can call and get ahold of them any time which is very comforting. Sorry if this bounces around, there were so many good things to say. Absolutely wonderful place. I would give 10 stars if I could.”
