What patients say on Google
“I was very disappointed with this practice. From the get-go, I experienced a no show, to no call backs after leaving numerous messages then being told yes by a supervisor about completing an important, time sensitive document that needed immediate attention to days later being told by another supervisor it couldn’t be done. I threw in the towel. I felt optimistic in the beginning but I was losing faith quickly and I knew I couldn’t continue if this is how this facility runs on a regular basis. I hate leaving a negative review so I will end on a positive note. Savannah and Jessica were very helpful and I hope their agency will be able to turn things around.”
“I needed appointments and their therapist scheduled me without even telling me, multiple times. They seriously had my appointments without me due to lack of communication. How do you exclude me from my own therapy and then send me a Survey to see if you did a good job? You didn’t do a good job.”
“If you're having an emergency and you call them, they do not care, they will not speak with you. Their phone service is terrible. When you call you can hear them pick up and they place you on hold without saying anything. You can be on hold for hours.”
“This isn't a place you wanna go for mental health treatment. They have the absolute worst therapists imaginable. Think of breaking down at a session and being made feel bad and gross for it with a therapist that just doesn't care. They then tried to make it where our sessions would be over the phone so they wouldn't have to see me again. Then they asked to see me soon a couple months from that day. After the session I left quickly and I swear I'll never go to that awful place again. They most definitely judge you for your past and who you are. God forbid you have any real issues I promise you, you will not get the help you need. Do yourself a favor if you have mental health issues please go somewhere where the people actually care to help you.”
