“Extremely frustrating experience with communication at this practice. The biggest issue is the lack of reliable and consistent communication between patients/parents and providers. Everything must go through front desk staff, which makes it very difficult to get urgent or time-sensitive concerns properly addressed. I experienced repeated delays involving URGENT AND TIME SENSITIVE documentation for my children related to housing accommodations for our family pet and medical needs during a very stressful situation. I was initially instructed by the clinician to email urgent documents directly to the office manager. When those documents were not addressed in a timely manner (end of the business day), I followed up again emphasizing urgency and was told I would be called back, that never happened so again days later I followed up via email and was then told that email is not an accepted form of communication and that I needed to call instead. This created confusion and made it extremely difficult to maintain a clear, documented communication process. There were also instances during phone calls where I could hear giggling in the background while trying to explain urgent concerns, and I was spoken to in a condescending manner when asking for updates, clarification and or calling to give information for the clinician. For a mental health practice working with children and vulnerable families, there should be a secure patient portal or electronic communication system where all communication is documented directly with providers. Relying solely on front desk staff for urgent or sensitive matters is not appropriate and creates unnecessary barriers to care. I hope the practice considers implementing a consistent electronic communication system to improve transparency, accountability, and patient access to care.”

Whenever I call they answer quick, scheduling an appointment is very easy and the best part is the on hold music it is so relaxing and therapeutic. Not to mention they have snacks and offer free coffee, they have tv and the girls always make me laugh and it is just an overall amazing experience. Every month they have a giveaway 🩷 my doctor has really really helped me.”

“Called to address maintenance immediately dismissed stating can’t accept new patients. For this maintenance they are the only ones in 2 hour radius. Please don’t state you are about maintenance because if u were the call would not have ended with not accepting new patients. Will make sure all are aware including insurance”
