She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen and understand my concerns. Her guidance and support have helped me tremendously. I've also been seeing Mrs. Teya Jones as my therapist for a little over a month. Therapy isn't always easy, but she creates a safe, supportive environment that makes it easier to open up and do the work. “I have had HORRIBLE experiences from the first day with this practice. First, they had poor communication requiring me to reach out multiple times for follow up. Then my provider couldn't keep up with my treatment plan at all. We were supposed to meet for refills and she got on the zoom call to discuss "starting treatment" options which I had already been taking for over a month. but worst of all.. they are charging my insurance fraudulently. I cancelled my appointment multiple times days in advance. I have proof of the cancelled appointments, however they charged my insurance for a FULL session as if I attended a session. I have been reaching out to their billing department for over 2 weeks now, calling daily, with not a single call back. My insurance company also cannot get in touch with them. All they have to do is submit a retraction to my insurance but nobody seems to have a clue what is going on. If they were an honest company, I would've received a call to assure me this was being fixed, but the fact nobody will answer or return a phone call tells me that they are doing this to everybody. I have tried to be patient, but now I have no choice but to get my lawyers involved. Avoid this company at all costs!!”
