What patients say on Google
“I tried to make an appointment months ago. My doctor sent over a referral. My doctor sent the referral there so I could be seen quickly as they had just opened. They called to ask about my insurance and said they would call back to schedule an appointment. They never called back. I'm self diagnosed autistic and have a very difficult time making and taking phone calls, so that was that. They never called me to schedule and I never called them back.”
“Former patient. If you are a female with PTSD do not see the male therapist at this facility, had horrible experiences and he was intentionally triggering my PTSD while invalidating my experiences of abuse. He also told me he was diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder and all his former patients either disappeared or committed suicide and would tell me stories and talk negative about other patients in our sessions and I now realize he would do the same with me which is sad coming from a man and not a female. I've also filed a complaint with the state about the supposed care I received. Also he was trying hard to convince me that twin flames exist but after doing research I've come to learn they do not exist and it's a tool and manipulation tactic of narcissists that use love as a disguise to keep victims trapped in cycles of emotional abuse,if you are a patient and he tries to say you are a twin flame, run. He would just sit and talk about nonsense and tell stupid stories, said he supposedly used therapy modalities of which I do not recall in our sessions,he was by far the WORST and laziest therapist I've ever had and a complete waste of time and I now have to heal further from this experience. Only thing he is good at is lurking from the shadows like the creep that he is. And in response to the owner no I disagree he definitely DID NOT meet standard of care at all with me as his patient of over a year! and that's for the state to investigate and decide not you and don't try and generalize my statements, I do not know the other therapists I'm only talking about who I was seeing as a patient.”
“This place is very unprofessional. Mediocre therapist. I was seeing someone for months. They canceled my appointments three weeks in a row and I don't know why. Then I couldn't see my therapist at all no more with absolutely no explanation as to why, or any alternative to any other options. At that point I would not have accepted anything from them anyway.Complete slap in the face. I'm better off.”
“I really like Dr. Dudzek! She's very kind, professional and was quick to answer my questions about my diagnosis. She wanted to make sure I had a clear picture and understood. She cared. What more could you ask for?”
