“I will not be returning to this dentist office again. I’ve been going there for about two years, and this was the first time I had a terrible experience. The new dentist kept poking my gums too hard. I never experienced that before with other dentists at SWLA. But every six months, it’s always a new dentist in the building. It looked like he was standing up, while examining my teeth because he knocked over the light that was used to see patients teeth better. That was the first time that ever happened. The dental assistant was spraying my teeth with water and my entire face was wet. When she was finished flossing my gums, my floss was full of blood. I floss every single day, and my floss is never full of blood. I believe Dr. Minh Le is no longer there, but I absolutely loved him. Ms. Jill is the best hygienist there is, but she didn’t examine my teeth today.”

“The dental office needs to be shut down for many reasons but today I'm addressing my current one. I have been seeing them thru my pregnancy. they know I was pregnant so they scheduled my procedure after my 6 wk PP visit. They knew I had a newborn however the ladies at reception told me my newborn couldn't come in the back with me. I was never notified of this before and there is no signage stating no kids in the back. And she is a newborn what exactly do they think she is gonna do sleep. So this resulted in my sick family member having to drive from 30 mins away causing my appointment to be late bc they won't let me in the back. Which then affected my newborns feeding time which resulted in clogged milk ducts for me and I didn't make it back in time to get my other kid off the bus. So in conclusion they caused me pain staved my newborn and left a kindergartener abandoned at the bus stop all bc they never told me their policy that is if that aren't lying bc I highly suspect they are. There is no signage what so ever that says certain people can't go in the back! So I'm reporting them on every avenue I can!”

“The only complaint I have is these little girls that work the front desk don't ever answer the dang phone smh someone should tell them that's part of their job.”
