How likely are you to recommend SWiTCH Mental Health Services?
What patients say on Google
“I am so pleased with the services at SWiTCH. They are professional, compassionate & most important, they listen. Very easy scheduling & phone calls or messages are always returned promptly. They were very accommodating & did a phone conference when I could not make an appointment. I cannot say enough good about them. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs the help. They are like having a friend to talk to!”
“Have been with them for 3 years now and my 9 year old daughter also goes through them. I have never felt more comfortable and connected with a therapist. Super convenient doing telehealth and they are so flexible. They really go above and beyond for you as a client. I recommend them to anyone looking!”
“If you could give 10 stars I would. I’ve had a really good experience with Switch, and honestly, I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking for real help. My first appointment was scheduled fairly quickly compared to other places where you have to wait a month to be seen. They keep their appointments and are on time, which takes a lot of stress off your plate. Even if things had to be rerearranged with scheduling, someone always got a hold of me and if my appointment had to be rescheduled it was usually that same week. I my experience with Switch they actually listen and don’t make you feel judged or rushed. They help you see things in a new way and come up with different ideas for managing stress, dealing with tough situations, or just getting through the week. A few things that really stand out: They make you feel like a real person, not just another appointment. You can talk about anything without feeling weird or embarrassed. They check in on you and remember the details you’ve shared. They explain things in a way that actually makes sense. They give you tools you can use right away, not stuff you’ll forget five minutes later. They also don't keep suggesting to try the same stuff that really doesn't work you. I've found a lot of counselors don't do that. The thing that really works for me is they also do appointments by telehealth. Overall I would say Switch really cares for their clients and truly want to see you do better. If you’re trying to find a counselor that you can trust and feel comfortable with, this is definitely the one I’d choose. My mental health has definitely improved drastically since being a client here.”
“Highly recommended! SWiTCH has amazing providers for adults, teens, and children. They always take the time to listen and show that they care. The providers are always accommodating to scheduling needs. They offer in person visits, zoom, and telephone appointments.”
