“Lauren was hands down one of the worst psychiatrists I have worked with. After meeting me a grand total of twice, she diagnosed me with a condition that none of my previous doctors agreed with and informed me that I needed to come off every one of my life saving medications and just do a type of therapy (which I had tried numerous times in the past) and that I would be cured. She was extremely dismissive and did not listen to my needs at all. She acted as though she knew better than me and every past doctor just based off of two appointments. Aside from Lauren’s unprofessional, dismissive nature, the office was extremely disorganized. They insisted that I drive over an hour for my first appointment which needed to be in person, but the doctor only worked remotely. When there was an insurance issue, they didn’t work to resolve it like my other providers and hounded me about it. I did not feel like I was treated like a human here, which should be the bare minimum at a doctor, especially one who charges as much as Sweetwater. I would avoid this practice at all costs, especially Dr. Lauren.”

“If you’re considering making an appointment here for therapy, I strongly advise against it. The front office is extremely disorganized, and they repeatedly violated my privacy by copying multiple doctors and staff members on every message they sent me, which raises real HIPAA concerns. I was a patient here for over three years, attended every appointment, and paid thousands of dollars through my insurance and out of pocket. Despite that, they abruptly cut off all of my therapy and support because I owed just $100…at a time when my spouse was out of work. I’ve never felt so abandoned or experienced anything so unprofessional from a healthcare provider. On top of that, the practice moved from an office in Sewickly, to a location in Ambridge right next to a mechanic shop, which does not feel safe or private. It’s clear their priorities have shifted away from patient care and toward money. I would strongly recommend finding a practice that genuinely values and supports its patients.”

“Dr. Lundblad has been my psychiatrist for five years. During that time she was great with my medication management. She takes more time during appointments than other psychiatrist I worked with. I'm so thankful to have found her after some very negative experiences with other mental health professionals. I would recommend her to everyone.”

“Horrible! Do not go here. They made me feel consistently like I was a lost cause and put me on medication after medication and start stopping me. The nurse practitioner didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I left the practice in the fall and was referred back by my therapist. Tried to get set back up for my med management and they won’t take me back because I was discharged in the fall and had canceled some appointments in the past due to childcare and work. I never missed a single payment though.”
