“I worked here for 3 years 2 times. It was a good job. Made good money. The only thing is I worked literally 80 hrs-115 hours. I started out as a Dsp and then became a house manager. some of the staff are rude! Some of the individuals lie and say you did something when you didn’t and you get the consequences for it. One individual in particular that you do not want to work for. Other than that, great office people. Specially Anthony, he’s really cool.”

“Very high stress and long hours. If the house you go to is understaffed be prepared to work 7 days a week and 70 hours a week. If your house is staffed then you'll just get your 40 hours. Good and bad place to work depending on the individual in which you take care of. Some individuals will lie on you if they are higher functioning and you will be put under investigation by the state and won't be able to work until investigation is cleared. Everyone's experience can be different which I didn't have the best experience but it did teach me a lot. Like I said it all depends on the home and the individual, you can actually make a difference in someone's life. The hours and pay is exceptional as support solution's pay average is a little higher than the other agencies. Management is okay but room for much improvement. Take my comment as a grain of salt for your career at support could be different than mine. You'll either love or hate it and that's a 50-50 chance you'll have to decide for yourself. Cudos!”

“AWFUL place to work. AWFUL to the clients and staff. The office staff is a joke. They threaten their staff & clients if things don’t go their way. you’ll get stuck working 30 hours straight. Whole office staff needs to be fired. Immature and unprofessional.”

“Horrible place to work poor environment unprofessional management you can get stuck on shift and work 7 days a week 8-12 hour shifts you better hope your never understaffed but most of the time they are all around bad experience don’t waste your time”
