“My daughter was scheduled for an appt at 145pm. We got there for 145pm and the receptionist pretty much said to check in and “Joe” will be right with you. I’m not sure who Joe is but in the confirmation text I got a different name. We were there for a consultation. We waited almost 30 min, and I had to stand, long story short, I was at the wrong location because they have 2 different locations. But the receptionist should have said something. I was at the W Franklin instead of S chestnut. The location I was at was for foster care. Is what I was told after the fact. Again, I waited 30 min. And had I known that it was the wrong location, I would have left and went to the right location. But I spoke with the manager Ashley, who was really nice. And I was able to reschedule my daughter’s appt. And given the correct address. But the supported incorporated for foster care needs to have a better system, and an actual waiting room, and a schedule to see who has an appointment . I wasted my time being there and standing 30 min on a wall, not even knowing I was at the wrong location.”

“My daughter sees Dr. Pete I love the way he interacts with her. He’s always honest and straight forward. Awesome Psychiatrist for medication management! He’s sensitive when need be also encouraging to her an myself as a parent. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.”

“Love the fact they go to the school, so my kid don't have to miss school for appointments! However, you have to ask your child every week if they went. My child has been dropped out every year, and I don't find out for weeks. Then you have to start the process all over, by going to the office to initiate school appointments. Apparently they drop her out because we don't want meds and they assume we don't want her school appointments. Never go to the Gaston office. They can't keep appointments correct!! Even if you have an appointment card. They'll tell you they dont know how you got it, but that's not what they have. I like the Lincolton and Dallas office tho!”
