“1 star is a wild overrating. I was recommended this “establishment” by my son’s school for his mental health. (They had no experience with SI) I made an appointment to ask questions, find out the mission and possibly go on a tour? Nope. I walked in the door and one person asked me if I was there for a job interview! I was redirected to a different lobby and the receptionist asked where my son was. I told her that I didn’t bring him. She said it was an intake appointment and that he HAD to be there. (She never mentioned this on the phone) I told her I absolutely wasn’t doing intake paperwork without knowing anything about it, especially when it included consent to use restraints. The receptionist agreed to let me do a video call with the “clinician”. (Which is normal?) I waited in an empty room staring at a laptop for 15 minutes until the “clinician” came on and said “who do we have here!” I reiterated my issues, concerns that my son wasn’t with me and she asked my name. She couldn’t find me. I tried once again to explain that I just had questions about the place and she cut me off and told me to go ask the receptionist. This happened about three times! After leaving work early and driving 45 minutes, I was so frustrated that I got up and walked out, in tears. This was in March. I just received a letter stating that I never showed up to my appointment. It’s now May 1st! It felt super shady and I wouldn’t trust this place with a goldfish, let alone my child.”

“They are so unorganized! Never can get someone on the phone and when you finally do they act like they have no clue what they are doing! My grandson pharmacy sent in for a prescription approval, I called them on Monday June 24 to tell them he needed it and was out of meds! Woman said it would be taken care of Monday! Here we are Tuesday and still have no approval and he is out of meds! Called back this morning to be told they would take care of it today and to give it 72 hrs 😡 are you kidding me so now he has to go 72 more hrs with no medication! They need to be trained better or take their jobs more serious!”

“I wish I could give 0 stars.. first meds appointment the doctor was 30 minutes late.. second appointment she never showed and the appointment we are at today she’s over 45 minutes late.. I’m switching providers all together.. oh don’t let me forget to add I showed up for my appointment and they moved and didn’t say anything about that when I made the appointment.. I strongly suggest you try somewhere besides support for care.. We gave them 3 tries”

“Was here for over a year, only was I free when my parents discharged me because God knows that support wouldn't do it”
