“Attentiveness is lacking. I tried to reach anybody for 3 days straight and every single extension goes to voice-mail. I have left messages with my son's doctor AND operator with no resolution. I don't suggest going here.”

“The worst place to get a child with mental disabilities, counseling at. I do not recommend their in home counseling period. If your child has odd, adhd, asperger's, etc, they actually tell you that when the child is flipping, breaking things, throwing stuff, cussing, rampaging, talking of suicide, hitting others, threatening running away, etc, that you are suppose to walk away, not say a thing, or stop them by any means (with telling them to calm down, or listen to themselves, to not hurt themselves or anyone, or property, etc) They tell you not to interfere at all, whatsoever. They tell you to walk outside while all that is going on, and you shouldn't say a thing or do anything, at all. Our pediatrician strongly recommended leaving this company and calling Partners in Gastonia to get set up thru another company. Which we did. Plus we reported the worker who was mainly saying all this mess to us, which she got held responsible for. You cannot let a child with mental disabilities do this stuff. That is what gets kids killed or hurt and parents and siblings too. And leaving them to do what they want when they are flipping like this, is why so much of our youth is dead or in jail or are criminals that ain't been busted yet.”
