“I do not recommend coming here. The first NP I had was great, but then she left the company & the service was horrific thereafter. They weren’t meeting service requirements at all and had very incompetent staff take over. The last apt I had, the nurse practitioner called 1/2 hour prior to the apt not knowing what time it was at. Then, we had the appointment & it lasted about 5-10 mins of just her asking me about the dosages of meds I’m on and all about my situation. That’s something she obvi should have known coming into the apt had she read the notes, etc. She was very confused about pretty much the entire appointment. She said a ton of things were missed when I’d first started, which made no sense. It was basically me informing her of the medications I was on that I needed refilled. There was no service provided. Then, about 4 months later I receive a bill and it said past due right away which was interesting because it hadn’t shown/I wasn’t notified of it until they updated the portal & emailed me months after. I shouldn’t have had to even pay that amt of money for a service that wasn’t even provided. I’ve spent about 2 months trying to speak to someone to get it resolved, they never got back to me or would call me back. I will not be returning. Strongly recommend going elsewhere.”
