Telehealth options are helpful as well. Overall great experience. For those reading all of the reviews, remember the scope of a psychiatrist evaluation & treatment vs a therapist. This office did an excellent job and we have a separate therapist that recommended them to us for psychiatry needs.”

“John Richey was excellent but the billing department made it impossible for us to continue getting our healthcare there. My son is disabled and has Medicare and Medicaid that cover 100% of his fees. Twice the billing department charged his debit card - this added up to hundreds of dollars of his very limited income---because they did not submit his claims with the medicare/medicaid benefits information we provided on the first visit. After months of phone calls and emails, and replies that they were "working on it", we had to accept the loss of income and find another practitioner.”

The Tela Health appointments that they offer are so quick, easy, and painless. Joseph Jaffke is absolutely the man! My wife had her first visit with Dr. Vo last week, and it took 3–4 months to get in. The long wait must be due to high patient retention and everyone and their mothers looking for a good doctor. Don't let the wait discourage you! Sunrise is well worth the patience!”
