“Extremely Poor Follow-Up Despite Urgent Situation We scheduled a psychological evaluation for my daughter almost 1.5 months ago. During the second visit, she couldn’t finish the evaluation, and we were told they would send an autism questionnaire to complete at home and then call us for the next appointment. None of that has happened, even after weeks of waiting. When I called to follow up, the staff didn’t seem aware of my daughter’s record and even asked if she had been seen there. This is very concerning, especially since my daughter’s situation is urgent—she has had suicidal thoughts multiple times while we wait for guidance on what to do next. The lack of communication and care is deeply disappointing. Families in crisis deserve better attention and follow-up.”
