“Dr. Bennett, whom I've been seeing for about 5 years genuinely cares about me. I find her to be super helpful and accommodating. There's no comments about her here, so I figured I'd share my experience. Front desk staff is... Average. Not rude but not exceedingly kind. I sign my name, and walk to my chair. Dr. Bennett does my vitals, weight, etc. does my eval and I set an appointment date in the front before I leave. Very simple process. Generally there to help when I make a phone call. Only possible improvement is happier front desk staff that doesn't seem as rushed. Thank you for your help through my journey regardless. Edit: the last two visits within the past few months have been much better. Front desk remembers my name, is accommodating, and very understanding. Added the final star.”

“I have been going here for years and never had any issues. Dr. Helsel is a great psychiatrist and is always willing to work with you. He really listens to what you have to say. I would and have recommended this facility.”

“Sunpointe health was recommended highly to us for my son. Went through the intake process even provided a credit card number that I was very hesitant to do because he has insurance but they insisted it was necessary in case something happened to his insurance or we no showed. They had no problems answering questions regarding why my card number had to be stored in their system when no other provider does. They answered the phone each time. Until my son's mental health case manager check the status of getting an appointment several weeks later and was told he was denied but not given a reason. I have personally left multiple messages and no call back even as recent as yesterday. The receptionist did at the very least say it appeared he was denied due to no staff but stated that didn't sound right o her so I left yet another voicemail for Samantha the intake person and still no reply. This company doesn't seem professional nor has my experience been positive in any way. They still have my card information too which is fishy that after I provided that to them they went no contact.”

“WARNING ⚠️ Do NOT go here for TMS treatment. This is a horrible way to deplete your hard earned money and they will NOT look at the underlying root causes. They will only try to treat symptoms. Expect More, You DESERVE better. If misused, and not properly diagnosed, it will cause or exacerbate challenges and create further symptoms and problems. I have now lost over 20k and have worse difficulties than I had before. When I tried to get answers, help, further care. I was silenced (after payment) and the door was shut on me when I tried to get answers and support. Unqualified individuals were administering treatment as well.”
