“These folks are highly unethical and bizarre. They incorrectly charged me back to back, and when I called them out for it, they dropped me as a client. Except they never told me that they dropped me as a client... they simply stopped taking my calls and stopped scheduling my appointments. I called using a friend's number after weeks of trying them on my own number, and they picked up immediately. When I asked them what the hell was going on, they said "we will call you back when we can get ahold of our medical director". Of course, they never did. They refused to just confirm that they actually dropped me. Clearly, if you complain about their bad accounting, you are excommunicado. Such a strange group of people.”
