“This was our second teen residential program and the difference was night and day in terms of the treatment quality and caring staff. The first time we did not know what to expect and it ended up feeling like a corporate money grab with absolute disregard for my kid. Awful. We did not realize how awful until we went to Suncloud. From day one the communication was clear and kind. They asked all of the right questions. Once admitted my daughter felt cared for by the staff, listened to and directed appropriately. She enjoyed the therapeutic process and felt safe to share her experiences and set up a plan for the future. Everyone took time to get to know her as a person and so shape the plan to suit.
