“have now been at Sun River dental in Patchogue about 5 or 6 times and each experience has been tremendously positive. Most recently I had a deep cleaning session with Donna the hygienist and she was spectacular. I also just had a filling done by Dr Stucker and it was as smooth & seamless as can be imagined. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend utilizing their practice!!”

“Your organization should look into how you book appointments. I just left your facility after booking a cleaning 6 months ago and no one actually cleaned my sons teeth, just looked at them. At no point when I made this appointment, did anyone say that you make an appointment for someone to look at your teeth and then 6 months later, we can fit you in for a cleaning. If the process of actually getting a cleaning done takes a full year, then someone should say that in the initial appointment setting. No one that works there is helpful and understands how frustrating that is. They just finger point and blame someone else and then say they’re not finger pointing. Meanwhile, their CEO is available to accept awards for their work but they’re actually doing a terrible job.”

“I am neurodivergent and have medical ptsd. They recommended a dentist who works well with these conditions. I got the admin was very nice and dental tech was lovely but they gave me a different dr after waiting six months she gave me an attitude and no explanation when i asked why my dr was changed after waiting so long and then said they couldnt do the work or clean without six months in between each appointment. Go someplace else. I got an attitude from dr who i wasnt supposed to have and could not give me alternatives to things i was allergic or sensitive to and seemed annoyed that she had to waste her time with me and i still dont know why i didn't get the dr i waited 6months for and no one could explain why. Dont waste your time here.”
