“The worst office I have ever encountered! I was in hospital for a week and the doctor never sent my records over for the birth of my son so I had to get everything redone while in pain. On top of it every prenatal appointment was cancelled my referrals that were “scheduled” were NEVER SCHEDULED. So today they call me to make a follow up appointment and when telling them how unhappy I was with the office the lady says “ya idk who you’re speaking to” and hangs up! AWFUL DOCTORS AND SERVICE save yourself some peace and go elsewhere. They’re all awful in the monticello office.”

“Appointment was at 9:15 told me to come early which I did sat in the back for 3 hours before was seen. My Pap smear was rushed and rough the dr hurt me.. The dr spoke over me I couldn’t even get a chance to speak very rude. I’ve been calling regarding my test results and have been told I’ll be Contacted multiple which I still have not. Can’t access my Healow asked for assistance with that and same response that I’d get a call back .”

“. Horrible care & Despicable treatment. FAR BELOW SUBSTANDARD AT BEST. Had an appt with Tasha McClean 2 Weeks ago. Get a call that morning that she won't be in & I need to reschedule. Rescheduled and asked for a Telehealth visit so as not to waste my time prepping for as they may cancel at the last minute again. By 2:15 I received no link nor appt reminder call/text & they tell me she will send at time of appointment; it never arrives. I call & they tell me she's backed up 4 an hour. I say ok we'll send the link now so I can confirm I received it. I'll join in an hour. They transfer me to CSR in her office. Typically no one answers. The CSR asked me why am I coming in. I said "I told them that when I scheduled. Is she's planning to cancel again tell me now because I'm getting upset." All of a sudden she's no longer busy seeing patients 4 the next hour & she's available 4 Telehealth appointment. Mind you I seamlessly received the link yet they tried 2 say she kept trying to send it earlier & it wasn't going thru. Now it goes thru after I call yet you didn't ask to update any of my contact info so we all know that was a lie. Tasha McLean NP signs on with Resting B Face, had a distant & dismissive attitude mind you this is our first meeting. No introduction like Hi I'm Tasha etc. Instead she says "how can I help you" like I'm at McDonalds. She actively & delibrately refuses to send in my mantainece RX's that I clearly told her I was out of. 4 days later she sends 2 @ the urging of 1 of the 2 professional office staff I have encountered there. She refuses to send over 1 with no communication nor response to my emails in the portal. She acts like this is her private practice. I have already contacted 2 regulatory agencies but will forward my complaint to 6. Anyone displeased with care at this facility let me know if u want to know where to send ur written complaint. This is blatant medical mal practice at its finest. This place needs to shut down before they kill someone. The two practitioners I dealt with Norma O'Brien's & Tasha McClean have no regard for protecting lives so I have none for protecting their License. You can get their NPI # from a quick Google search & easily report them online to the NYS Licensing Board & Attorney General's office. It's important to do so for those who cannot advocate for themselves. STAY FAR AWAY & MOST IMPORTANTLY REPORT THEIR NEGLIGENCE & MALPRACTICE AS IT GOES UNCHECKED WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION. They get a lot of public funding & need to have better trained & professional practitioners. That's why they have the "no recording" signs all over the office because they know their practitioners are negligent. However NY is a 1 party state so those signs are simply a recommendation. Reputable medical centers with professionally trained staff don't have those signs because welp they don't need them.”

“Their professionalism is incredible! After having a bad experience at another place, I am so grateful I tried Sun River Health in Monticello...I absolutely love and respect the staff. Ms.Pepe and Kristen are the best! Jonathan at the counter is also great. I dont dread going there, I actually look forward to it! Thank you all!”
