“Don’t waste your time. The front desk is ran by incompetent women who have no sense of urgency in the tasks that are given them. When making my appointment I asked specifically if they had psychiatrist on staff when I was told they do. I was told the initial encounter would be 1.5 which made me felt good like they would be thorough. I didn’t expect to come 10 minutes early and sit for an hour in the waiting room with no engagement. When asked about how longer the incompetent front desk lady couldn’t tell me. So when I asked about the psychiatrist again I was informed they also have certified counselors. So the appointment I have waited weeks for for severe mental health was a waste of my time and my mental capacity.”

“Had two conversations with them and they failed to communicate that they moved and that they cancelled the second visit. I wouldn't have mind the cancellation if I did not have to waste my time thinking into committing to the times I was told. The actual staff was friendly. But their lack of communication got them one star.”
