I have always seen Nick and he has been extremely helpful and able to walk me thoroughly through any questions or concerns. His guidance has made a world of difference for me. “I will start by saying - Thank You to the amazing team at SPA! I started my mental health journey as a referral from my PCP, I was in a very dark place in my life... I have always been determined to "do it on my own" and I've always (looking back) suffered through the agony of anxiety on and off since being in middle school. From my first appointment with SPA I felt supported, welcome, and cared for. The office staff in the front are genuine and helpful. From the first appointment with my counselor, there was discussion of my expectations, as well as, how sessions will work. It was also discussed that if there was ever a time I didn't feel supported it was important to communicate, and they would assist me to help find a new counselor. I was impressed with the honesty and the focus on my mental health. I also see one of the amazing Physician's Assistants at this location who works with me and my counselor to ensure I continue to build on the work I've achieved in my journey. I will say this: if you are ready to put in the work on yourself - call and make an appointment with the team here at SPA! The great thing about this location is there are multiple options for someone to find the right care worker to assist on their mental health journey. It's been an AMAZING partnership, and I am so grateful for not just my care team, but the total team at SPA -Anna and Nic keep being amazing!!!”
