“I had such a positive experience working with Ms. Tajh-Marie in office. She was instrumental in helping me recognize and understand my PMDD, which was truly transformative for me. Unfortunately, after my diagnosis, I wasn't able to continue seeing her due to insurance coverage issues and her temporary departure from the practice. For almost two years, I didn't pursue counseling with anyone else—honestly, I just felt most comfortable talking with Tajh and didn't want to start over with someone new. So when she came back this year offering online sessions, I was thrilled! The timing worked perfectly with my schedule, and I was so glad to reconnect with her. Ms. Tajh-Marie is genuinely wonderful to work with. She's compassionate, insightful, and makes you feel heard. My only note is that the practice itself can feel a bit disorganized at times, but that doesn't take away from the exceptional care Ms. Tajh-Marie provides.”

“First, my therapist here was AMAZING. I had “graduated” from therapy after four years. However I would absolutely not ever recommend anyone come here. If you must come here I highly recommend Stephanie. After some unfortunate events I called them and tried to get back in for an appointment. Since I had graduated I was denied. I then further explained that I did not want to get back in fully but that I more so wanted a refresher on everything I had learned. After that the front desk person said they would talk to the manager (who is the absolute worst) and then never ever called me back. So if we follow by the rules of this office, make sure you never need therapy again, or a refresher on what you learned, because in the eyes of this office manager once you graduate, you will never need it again. This is a lovely office with (used to be) awesome front desk people and a couple awesome therapist, however the way the manager has denied and said unkind things to me MORE THAN ONCE, maybe they should consider finding someone new for the position. I understand the therapist fill up fast, however this manager should consider the fact that you have to go through multiple therapist until you find one that fits you (unless you’re lucky). Making someone go through finding a new one when they want a REVIEW NOT TO GET BACK FULLY. Is absolutely insane. Also I should add while I was still attending this facility I had missed a couple appointments due to having a flat tire and then I got food poisoning, they tried to tell me I was not allowed to come back. I had proof of both of these things happening, BOTH were uncontrollable circumstances and once again it was this manger trying to say it, luckily again my therapist was amazing and did not let that happen. Please reconsider who is in charge at a place for MENTAL HEALTH. Clearly this person is not a very good fit in that type of work. Thanks!”

“Missed 2 sessions so I was told no one wanted to work with me. People with mental health issues, such as myself, are notorious for not showing up or rescheduling or dropping off the face of the earth. Depression, bipolar - and many other issues. We contact you guys for help. We are trying- it takes A LOT to pick up that phone and try to find someone to speak with - and its ridiculous that we have to wait a month out with most places just to try to get help. So when you are trying to get help its delayed and most of the time too late.”

“Today was my last session at Suffolk Psycotherapy Inc. Recommended by a psychiatrist (Dr Ubejei) for personal reasons. I inherited 2 genes from my parents and have early onset of dementia. I met my therapist and had monthly visits over the past few months. Just talking to my therapist, she was able to help me on the right path moving forward, exercises for my brain fog and other obstacles I was and might still be struggling with. People I see daily say they can see a real difference about me. I'm happier than I was. My daughter got married last week and I could actually enjoy the day with no obstacles to slow me down. I'm more organized and feel I am on a better path for myself. Thank you all who were there for me. I have no negative things to say, only to highly recommend if help is needed for you or a family member. . 👍😀👍❤️”
