“What's wrong with the guy working the phones, is he high? I can't figure out what's going on with my appointment because he can't string a coherent sentence together. He cancelled when I just asked if it was necessary, then called me back to confirm my appointment, and I said I already called him and he cancelled it, he said he hadn't called me yet. I tried to explain that I had called him and he was just too confused to continue the conversation. E: their response said there was confusion after I cancelled. To be clear, I did not cancel. I asked if the appointment was necessary or if the doctor had any concerns, and then the guy decided I should cancel. Why was the receptionist making medical decisions and clearing me? They also said a different receptionist called about my appointment. Are you telling me there's TWO receptionists that work there that can't follow a conversation? The guy who called me could not understand the concept of me having called in earlier. I think it was just the one guy who was not in a right state of mind. I'm not being facetious, I think he was actually high, he could not get through a single coherent conversation. Do you guys record your calls? Listen back to my call if you do. And now they're claiming that I skipped my appointment. This is outrageous.”

“I have been receiving several calls from this location and leaving messages in Spanish on my voicemail! I do not understand or speak Spanish! Kindly speak in English! This place does not feel like a welcoming place to seek medical.”

“Dr. Shivannah and I use that term doctor lightly is a horrible practitioner. She bad mouthed another doctor who left the practice who was an amazing doctor. She took me off medication with no prior knowledge of my mental health. Then proceeded to cancel my bi-polar medication as well with no warning or explanation. After confronting her on this she wasn't able to handle it with her delicate constitution and complained about me!! She then had the audacity to discharge me permanently from the horrible practice that she is now the head of! So people do not go to this office. You will be mistreated and bad medicine is all they do. And now with this "doctor" as head figure it can only get worse. Hopefully this information helps people steer away from this place.”
