“The check in process was polite and everyone addressed me kindly and respectful, however Dr.Sundu isn’t interested in helping me better myself or life. He is extremely nice and caring but I wanted to follow more herbal medicines and the medicine im being prescribed has bigger risks than benefits and offer a bigger kickback for the Dr’s office. I’m not interested in being used as a test subject or a money mule.”

“What a scam. Despite paying all my intake dues and paying for my first appointments and submitting all of the forms, I had one intake appointment and then got a No Call/No Show THREE times. Calling the office for help is a waste of time too because I was told they would “message the doctor for me to remind them” which didn’t do anything productive. Second time I called I was told I hadn’t paid my bill (which I had actually done the day prior) and then was given the same. exact. script. as the first time! I have only been seen once, and not by the intended doctor. How does a doctor not show up for a PHONE SESSION!!!! and how does the team in the office not have a way to contact the doctor or other avenues to wait?”

“I don’t make reviews ever.. but yesterday had me feel like i was going crazy. I got a call for a reminder about an appointment today and that i needed to pay.. okay cool. Then she says they need to speak to me about something and says “Starting JANUARY 1st.. (we are 4-5 days into January and you’re NOW just telling me) we need to start getting referrals for you to see the doctors and if you don’t get one tomorrow you won’t be able to see your therapist.” So panic set in and i’m trying to ask questions like where would i get this from and why am i now just getting notified of this not even 24 hours before my appointment for my therapist and not even 4 hours before seeing Dr Gokhale.. She says “I don’t really know” and then says “hold on one minute”… so i’m waiting about 5 minutes and then another lady answers NEVER gave me her name and said she worked for the finical part of the company. Starts saying “we’ve been notifying our patients since OCTOBER.. “ I have never received anything never saw anything about this until yesterday when they told me. I tried asking questions she spoke over me the entire time and then I went to ask for her name and she hung up on me. I’ve been to this office for over 4 years and then FRONT office has been horrible and inconsiderate of the people who they work for. It only the MORNING front people. They are always so rude on the phone and in person to check in and have a attitude all the time. I have never dealt with a doctors office like them. The doctors are awesome like Dr Gokhale. But the front people either need to be fired or be re trained on how to talk to people over the phone and in person. The ladies I saw last night in the front office however, are awesome! SORRY YOU HAD TO WORK THIS MORNING!”

“I was a patient of Dr Sandu for almost 10 years. Very good Dr. However, the staff at the front desk and billing are awful. I am a single mom self pay patient. Never have I ever not paid for a visit before. They won’t see you unless you pay. They were refusing to let me see him or talk to him unless I paid an extra 110$. So 210$ for my 15 min session to get refills. I don’t have that much. They refused to even let me pay extra 20$ each time I go. I asked for them to at least message my dr to at least get in touch with me so I can ask what to do. I usually could go onto the patient fussion app and can communicate with Dr on there. They locked me out of there until i pay. I have the 100$ for this current visit. But this random 110$ that all Of a sudden came out of the blue is crazy. These ignorant woman on phones don’t care about you. They worked me up so bad where as I was yelling Kept hanging up on me. Then answers finally and said they can no longer have me as a patient because I’m disrespectful rude etc. this is a PSYCHIATRIST OFFICE!!! This is how they treat their psych patients. Took me out of system so my doctor has no idea and he has no way of getting in touch with me or vice versa. I give this place -0 stars”
