What patients say on Google
“I'm very satisfied with Biljana, she's listening my problems, showing empathy, I felt I can trust her since first session. Also being fluent in my native language is a plus.”
“PLEASE READ and save yourself time I had been seeing this psychiatrist for a while, but I was suddenly terminated with a letter saying they could no longer serve me . They tried to use “not following policies” as an excuse to dismiss me, but never addressed how I was spoken to. They really should monitor their calls for quality assurance . I tried to explain how I felt about their approach and ask questions about costs and transitioning care, but my concerns were dismissed. Instead of support or a proper transition plan, I was abruptly dropped. I felt disrespected, unsupported, and unfairly treated. Facility’s like this are supposed to help you during your most vulnerable times, but instead this place just makes it harder. No one actually cares about their patients here they only want the money. Don’t waste your money here they do not care. Spend it elsewhere.”
“I was referred to Hailey Richter by my therapist & have been seeing her for a good year now. She is so kind and knowledgeable, & I appreciate the time she takes to listen. I've done both in person & telehealth appointments. They are both great & easily accessible.”
“Hailey was a god-send during a very difficult time in my life. I saw a few other providers prior to meeting Hailey, and unfortunately made zero progress. I felt unheard, overlooked, and judged. From the very first visit, Hailey listened patiently and worked tirelessly with me to finally find a successful treatment plan. Ambreen (office administrator) was extremely helpful from day one with all insurance questions. She is kind and caring. Don’t hesitate to visit this office.”
