“I have been a patient since June. Every single prescription has been 1-7 days late. There is always a problem. I have never been able to see a Dr. and simply pick up a prescription. Always multiple calls always days late. I have been sick almost half of the time under the care of Dr. Matt. Unproductive unhealthy and stressed out. I am waiting until one day I can see a doctor and simply pick up medication without a fuss and waste of days of phone calls. They actually said this week. Dr. MATT logic. You can wait a day or two. You just went without meds for 6 days last time and survived so you will be ok for an extra day this time. Ha”

“Where should I start ? Well it's been a yr since my very first visit at MDMATT. Day 1 I walked in and met Greg at the front desk , a personality out of THIS WORLD ! I was so shy because it was my first time and not knowing what to expect. I had no idea about the meds I just know I was pushed to go by my family. However ; after going so often the office staff became my extended family ! When I called they knew who I was by my voice ... They worked with me from day 1 ! Chalandra , Viv & Ashley was by far my favorites... I was educated , I was loved and most importantly I was cared for .... Depending on the person , you don't have to be dependent on the meds ... 11 months now , my last visit was July 2nd 2025 and I was monthly , well here we stand in October... I have about 3 films remaining because I was determined to tamper myself off which I only take them as needed .. I'm not sure how I'll do after I complete my last 3 films but I can tell you this ... I'm a over achiever and that's because the staff helped me grow !”

“Love it here! The staff is amazing to say the least! Very supportive, understanding, and so willing to help you any way they can! They make you feel comfortable almost instantly, and I’ve never felt judged here by anyone, ever. Initially, when I first called (and did not get an answer at that particular after-business-hours time of evening) for Information/to make an appointment, I almost gave up the idea of getting help being possible... until they called me back (unexpectedly) and reached back out to me! I loved this place from day 1 and I’d recommend them any time!!”
