“I was seeing Anna and she didn’t bother to call me or reach out to me about my appointment instead of trying to reach out to me she decided to join in with another client. I even called to see if there was anyway I could do a zoom meeting with her and that’s when I was informed that she was in a zoom meeting with someone else instead of her first trying to reach out to me. The lady who I was on the phone line with who picked up the phone on July 11th at 12:20pm was also very rude to me and after that experience I told her I didn’t want anymore appointments with her and she told me “good, works out” over the phone. She was very unprofessional with me and I couldn’t believe the way I was treated. Hopefully they don’t charge me for this and I will be contacting my insurance too to report this incident. They also rarely have availability for all of the councilors which is what a couple of the receptionists have told me and they don’t operate off a weekly basis due to accepting too many clients. Each patient has to wait at least 2 weeks before being able to see a counselor and they don’t send you any reminders about your appointments like all my other doctor appointments do. I decided to go somewhere else instead where they put their clients first before money and they actually make time to see their patients to where people can see their counselors once every week instead of once every 2 weeks if you are even lucky to be able to get that at this place. I told the receptionist due to the unprofessionalism of this place that I will be going elsewhere. She even asked me after I told her everywhere else doesn’t over book she asked me “Why don’t you go somewhere else then.” She was very rude over the phone and she shouldn’t be a receptionist since she obviously can’t handle her job and doesn’t put clients first and isn’t an understanding person. I’ve went to other counseling places in the past and was never treated like that before.”
“I’ve been seeing my therapist, Jacquie Gailey, for three years now after being hospitalized. She has been the most amazing and supportive therapist I’ve ever had, and I have always felt comfortable with her. I’ve been doing so well that I’ve gotten the summer off from sessions and still feel great. Every time my appointment is over, I feel so much happier and relieved. She has definitely helped turn my life around. I highly, highly recommend her! The office staff is also amazing, especially Sue.”
“Front desk staff and therapists don’t seem to communicate. Called the front desk because I had a zoom appointment and I was just sitting there, my therapist didn’t join the call. They tell me they can’t see her schedule they don’t know when her appointments are… isn’t that what the front desk people do? Even if they don’t schedule the appointments themselves you’d think they’d have some type of program where they can see everyone’s schedule but guess not. Therapist told me wrong date/time for my appointment. Didn’t feel like anyone knew what was going on or what they were doing. Ended up getting a bill w paperwork stating I hadn’t made a payment in SEVEN months and my account was in the collections process and that was not true. I had recently made payments, had a $94 balance left. Would not recommend going here.”
“My husband & I had a horrible experience coming to marriage counseling for the first time after experiencing a series of traumas. I am a therapist myself, & this therapist lacked any insight ability to facilitate deeper processing. Instead she would argue or attack us and demand vulnerability. We have moved on and have thankfully found a brilliant therapist to help us heal.”
