“I have seen quite a few psychiatrists over the Erie/Niagara region over the last 20ish years. The appointments never lasted no more than 10 minutes. If counseling/therapy is 45-60 minutes, shouldn't the person prescribing medication spend more than a few minutes with you? Meg does. She spends 30 minutes with me and truly listens to me. The office is beautiful and comforting. I have some pretty intense social anxiety and I've never felt overwhelmed here. I am thankful to have found Strong Minds.”
