How likely are you to recommend Stress Management & Mental Health Clinics?
What patients say on Google
“Stress management needs to find better help with the front desk and who they have representing their mental health office. Your clientele consists of people who are struggling with mental health. When they are calling in, they don’t need to be belittled or talked to in a sense as if they don’t matter or their issues don’t matter. I called today expecting Becky’s rude attitude over the phone but to my surprise it wasn’t her. You guys added someone named Naomi who is just as rude. You guys need to have Sue as the head of the office and get rid of Naomi and Becky.”
“I've seen Mary bolton there twice once when I was going thru post pardum depression back in 2008. She helped me Alot and also in 2021 or 2022 when I lost my uncle due to COVID who was like a father figure to me I was going thru major depression then. Now I'm coming back tomorrow to see a guy there to talk about my long term relationship and me. I hope it works I invested Alot into this relationship. Also I seen Gary major there once back in 2009 or 2010. They were all very nice and helpful. Praying for good results this time as I have got the help all three times before coming here. Hoping for the best. 17 years is along time to invest with someone. :)”
“I have attached 2 photos of my original view and their reply. I find it funny how this place is for Therapy and psychiatric Help and one of the parts of Therapy is accountability however out of all the 1 star reviews they take 0 accountability for anything. And you can also notice in the reply that they did not say that they care more about their patients well-being than they do the dollar bill. They also didn't deny the fact that my therapist should not be talking to me about my bill therefore making life for me more stressful. This clinic has multiple bad reviews and all of them are from patients and the common factor is them that should tell them they are doing something wrong. And in doing something wrong they should take accountability and self reflect what could be changed to make things better for their patients and to stop their patients from leaving and leaving these bad reviews”
“The staff and owner were very friendly. The space was also clean and spacious!”
