“When I first found out about this office I was delivering food for Dash. I walked in this office and was overcome with a wave of serenity. The water feature was twinkling water calmly, there was mellow music playing and the staff was very sweet. I asked ‘what is this place?’ I found out they do Talk Therapy, Reiki, Breath Work, Yoga and they have a Psychiatrist on staff. I immediately got an appointment with Jared the Psychiatrist as I had been looking for a new dr for some time. I also set up an appointment for Talk Therapy with Heather their Therapist. Fast forward to 6 month later and I am Managed on new medication and talking to Heather less often. I am calm and happy and my depression is fully managed. First time in many years. It was 6 months of weekly appointments but with their help I have arrived at a calmer happier place for the first time in many years. I also had a few sessions of Reiki Therapy when I started with the office. It definitely helped my anxiety and depression. Fedria is a wonderful body worker with Reiki. I highly recommend everyone in this office. They were even willing to work with me the few months my insurance changed. And doing a payment plan for my co-payments.”
