What patients say on Google
“I have been to a lot of different places to get help with trauma and try to be a better person. I have felt unheard and many have just thrown different diagnoses without trying to figure out the root. Jeanie James and Brian Terence Ward have helped me sooo much. Jeanie is kind, empathetic, and very client centered and she has helped me sooo much to get to a better place with my trauma and realize patterns that I couldn’t see before. I feel so safe with my treatment team here and Brian too he is thorough and I have seen him spend extra time with other clients as well when they needed someone or were in crisis. He gave me medications that also have less side effects and are safer long term along with Jeanie giving me ways to actually manage my trauma and anxiety with healthy coping skills like breathing techniques, journaling, support resources instead of them just prescribing something temporary to bandaid it and cause a bigger problem. They genuinely care and Super grateful for them. Gage and Sherry are wonderful too, they make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in. Y’all are angels and all mental health providers are not equal, it’s really tough to find good tx . If you have had a negative experience somewhere else, I would recommend to try reaching out to them and get a second opinion. Thank yall and you really are making a difference.🫶✌️🙏”
“Carrie Martin I experienced the exact same thing although I was a patient of Dr. Honick's for 20 years if not longer. When he retired Brian took over my "care". Brian refuses to give me the medications that Dr. Honick has prescribed me for several years. I took my husband in when I met with Brian the last time. He could not answer any questions without looking it up on his computer. When I did agree to some modifications to my medication I called the office numerous times and left messages because I had questions about the modifications that were made to my medication. I did not one time receive a call back from anyone with any answers. The place place has gone downhill ever since Dr. Honick left. The only person who knows what they're doing in that building is Holly. She is the only person who helped me and she does the billing. go figure? Thank you Holly !! You are very, very much missed Dr. Honick”
“They won't give me my medical records. Not sure if it is because they don't want to scan them or what the issue is? I move alot and it would be helpful to have for my new doctor. My current doctor told me it was actually against the law to withhold my medical records from me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state/ medical board.”
“I used to see Dr honick then I was pleased with Brian I requested a new provider yet was denied Brian did not provide me with my PTSD medication Noir anything to help me sleep after the assault. I can't sleep I have horrible insomnia and the trans Psychiatry is not assisting me after 8 plus years of a loyal patient. I am absolutely unsatisfied with my treatment and lack of my loyalty and their non loyalty. I hope somebody cease and understands that the lack of assistance from this company is compromise since Dr Honick left. Sadly people who need mental health assistance are denied!”
