“When i first moved to nc stephens outreach center truly helped me. they took me in and listened to my issues and helped me get with a psychiatrist to keep my prescriptions i had in florida before i was forced to relocate. During covid i was nervous to go to the monthly reviews and unfortunately they had to cut service to me because of it. I wish i wouldn't of been so scared at that point but my wife had an auto immune disease and was terrified id bring it home to her and not know it. I'll never ever forget their genuine hospitality and willingness to get me on the right foot and aside from missing the appt that forced the dr to end treatment they did everything they possibly could for me and if i could give 6 stars i would.”

“Waiting a whole month for my intake and never recieved a reminder call. when the day came for my scheduled intake NO PHONE CALL. So when I decided to call I was told that their was no infromation about my case, and they don't know who told me that they do video intakes. So, I called a second time and was told the same thing by someone else. I finally got in touch with Imani Johnston and she was very helpful. This place needs to get it together...there are so many people that need mental health assistance and because of negligence, they suffer. DO BETTER!!!”

“WEIRD place for services. Constantly making mistakes. For no reason at all, their play games, rude, demanding. Don't return voicemails, or emails. Completely unprofessional on so many levels with most staff and management. Apparently many bad reviews on here disappeared under new map setting location they created. They had lots more bad reviews then what's showing overall.”
