“I had called a while ago to be a new patient because it feels like my whole life is falling apart; perfect timing for a therapist, right? Well I had one call back from her and that was the intake call or whatever. I booked an appointment and nothing ever happened with that, no call or email saying that she wasn't available. I had called three times since then and has never received a call back. As someone who's going through something, I feel like it's very unprofessional and uncaring that she hasn't had the decency to call me back.”

“The worst experience anyone could ever have struggling and in need of help. I called months ago and received a call very quickly after requesting services for PTSD. Filled out paperwork and was told I was going to be receiving a call from someone named Jane. Never got a call. Months later email them because I’m desperate and again Karen the office manager says I’ll be receiving a call from Jane. Once again didn’t happen. Honestly pitiful. Don’t waste your time with these people something is way off about it”
