“I continue to come here because I genuinely like my provider, but the experience with the front desk has been consistently frustrating. Scheduling appointments is often unnecessarily difficult, and I’m frequently required to come in between prescription refills, even when I’ve recently had a visit. Most recently, I was told I needed another appointment because I supposedly hadn’t seen my provider in the last three months, despite having had a Zoom appointment just four weeks earlier. At times, it feels more like a money grab than patient-centered care. Additionally, be prepared to wait well past your scheduled appointment time. The front desk staff have also been consistently rude and unpleasant. I value my provider and that’s why I stay, but something really needs to change with the front office experience.”

“Stat Psych is an exceptional practice. The front desk staff are always attentive and helpful. I have spoken specifically to Kim on multiple occasions. She has helped me to make/change appointments, clarify any questions, have documents completed, etc.. Even during the current holiday season, it has been easy to get in contact with their office and they are always happy to help. Dr. Curro is an amazing provider. She is easy to speak to and makes it a point to set clear and obtainable goals for me. I am beyond comfortable in the environment created by the staff at Stat Psych. Another point I want to make is the staff turnover rate seems to be minute. I always am greeted by a familiar face, making me feel safe and comfortable. I have recommended their practice to countless people. All have had great experiences and have even thanked me for giving the recommendation. A five star review is well deserved for the staff and practice as a whole!”

“I have had nothing but stellar experiences at this office. The women at the front desk (especially Kim.. you made me feel like family and not a patient.. and Shannon) are nothing short of spectacular. Their caring nature, warmth, and professionalism is above the charts. Dr Curro is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn’t look to go anywhere else. Keep up the great work, and the great staff! I would recommend to all my loved ones.”

“I wrote a very lengthy review unfortunately it wouldn’t post horrible treatment!!!! I will send on another format! Dr Curro is very good! Staff is horrendous and treats there patients with disrespect they think your stupid and people with mental issues should never be treated in this manner! Especially while going through a panic attack! Which was made 100 percent worse due to them…. (Shannon and Kim )They either need a new staff or they should be trained how to talk treat with compassion and kindness and understanding! I personally feel they should be fired and at the very very least I deserve and an apology!!! I worked for a Dr for 15 yrs as well as being a drug and alcohol counselor for 5 yrs. I am very intelligent person and I am kind and respectful and compassionate to everyone. This would never fly or be tolerated in the places I have worked or all the other drs I’ve seen! Completely unacceptable borderline abusive. People with mental illness are people just like the staff except for the fact that we struggle with our illness which is very disheartening when you’re desperate for help!!! No thanks I’m better of on my own, then to get help like this…::. Even people with mental health issues deserve respect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’and compassion!!!!!!! Unacceptable behavior especially for people with mental health issues….. we internalize this behavior and take it to heart!!!! Shame on your staff for not knowing how to treat people in need of help!!!!!”
