“Their billing practices are not ethical. I paid in advance for an in-person intake appointment only for the NP to reschedule from in-person to a virtual appointment. Red flag number 1. Then I got dismissed for stimming. Apparently, this nurse practitioner does not have enough of a mental health background to feel comfortable treating people with neurodivergence. Big red flag number 2. I was told I would be passed on to someone with more of a psych background (it is a psychiatry office so you should have those skills). I have yet to receive a call, 24 hours later. Red flag number 3. Three strikes, you are out. Thank you for refilling my medication, but I will be looking for care elsewhere. Your NP lacked professionalism and did not listen very well, considering I had to reiterate my med list more than 2x. What a disappointing waste of time.”
